How do I track my order?
To track your package simply locate your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number. Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during the holidays and severe weather conditions.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
For smaller items, such as RESET bedding and pillows, you can send an email to Info@resetonlinestore.com. Please include as many details about your order as you are able to.
For larger items, such as mattresses or furniture, please contact us at 904.452.6557. We’ll work with you to arrange a pickup through UPS, a local charity, or a recycling partner.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refund funds to be processed.
